We provide all subscribers with access to the PokerRewind application, which is hosted on our servers, and considered a "software as a service" delivery.

Buy purchasing a subscription, subscribers are paying for access to PokerRewind only.
Access to PokerRewind is provided only as long as a subscription is active and paid up to date.
Subscribers who cancel are eligible for prorated refunds based on our refund policy
Copyright of all software and data provided by or maintained by our team is non-transferrable.
Subscribers have no rights to any of our copyrighted material, nor that of any 3rd party that is displayed on our website or within our application.
Subscribers may use PokerRewind as a user, in a non-automated manner.
Subscribers are not permitted to deploy bots or other programmatic methods of accessing Poker Rewind or collecting any of our data.
Any user found to be abusing or adversely impacting PokerRewind may have their subscription cancelled, a refund issued based on our standard refund policy, and no further access permitted, at the discretion of our team.
Subscriptions are for an individual user only and may not be shared.
In the event that account sharing is detected, the user's PokerRewind subscription may be terminated.
Unless otherwise indicated, the poker video content is not owned or controlled by PokerRewind.
PokerRewind includes only videos from content providers who share their poker content to YouTube offering public access.
PokerRewind does not store or upload any 3rd party poker video content. This remains hosted by YouTube. We use YouTube's standard embedding feature to display the videos within PokerRewind.
All 3rd party videos are displayed without any changes.
All 3rd party videos are displayed with information identifying and promoting the creator's YouTube channel and providing a direct link.
From time to time, the service may be temporarily unavailable for bug fixing, maintenance, or upgrades. No refunds are provided for these brief periods of time. Any significant downtime will be communicated to subscribers beforehand.
We will contact subscribers via email for transactional notices related to their subscription. Some types of communication may provide an opt-out feature if it is reasonable for the subscriber to not receive the information.
PokerRewind subscribers will be provided with an option to opt-out of any 3rd party promotions presented by PokerRewind. E.g. PokerRewind negotiates a discount on poker training from another company, exclusively offered to our subscribers. Subscribers may choose to opt-out of such a promotional email.
The PokerRewind application may occasionally publish promotional info or other notices within the application.
Terms & conditions, our refund policy, privacy policy, or any other policy may be revised from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified when this occurs, and will be provided with straightforward disclosure of any changes made.
All sales, technical, and billing support is handled via email. Responses are as fast as possible, triaged based on priority of issue. The PokerRewind team sets a target of responding in no more than 24 hours.
