Our refund policy is straightforward and fair. Any time you decide to fold (aka cancel) your subscription, you can do so! Just contact support and let us know.

Our goal is to make PokerRewind so useful, you'll want to stay with us as a subscriber.
We'll never make it a pain to cancel if you choose to do so. That's unethical and just bad business.
Cancel within 3 days of subscribing and get a full refund. We'll cover the transaction fees on our end.
Cancel your monthly subscription within 15 days of the current month, and get a prorated refund for the current month's fees.
Cancel your annual subscription and get a prorated refund based on the number of days you've kept your subscription active.
If cancelling your annual subscription, your account is automatically converted to monthly. Your refund will be based on the full monthly rate, instead of the annual discounted rate since you cancelled your subscription early.
